Are you really LGBTQ+ owned?

Yep. A lesbian ex-church kid turned eclectic witch runs this entire operation.
You’re supporting queer-owned, woman-owned, rebellion-fueled small business magic.

Why did my order arrive in multiple packages?

Because different items (like blankets vs. hoodies) are printed at different facilities, you may receive your order in more than one package.
Totally normal. Totally annoying. Totally out of my control. But I promise they’re coming.

How do I choose the right size?

Each product page includes its own size chart.
If you're between sizes, I always recommend sizing up, especially for hoodies and tees.
Comfy > constricted.
We left the pews, not comfort.

How do I wash my merch?

To keep your items looking magical:

Wash inside-out
Cold water
Gentle cycle
Hang dry (or low heat)

Treat it like sacred fabric… just not that kind of sacred.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely. You’ll receive tracking once your items ship.
If you didn’t get tracking, check spam or your promotions folder (Google loves hiding them).

Do you offer discounts?

Yes! Join the Coven (email signup) for 10% off your first order and early access to drops.

Do you take custom requests?

Not yet but custom designs may be coming soon if the Coven demands it.

Can I cancel my order?

Because everything is made-to-order, cancellation is only possible within 2 hours of ordering.
After that, production begins.

We offer replacements for items that arrive damaged, misprinted, or defective.
Because everything is made-to-order, we do not accept returns for wrong sizes or buyer’s remorse.

My order arrived damaged — what do I do?

Email me at holyandunbothered@gmail.com within 30 days with:

Your order number
Photos of the issue
The item you received

I’ll get you fixed up. No stress, no sermons required.
